The Troupe Theatre Founder/ Executive Director
Caelin Whitley founded The Troupe Theatre in 2020 with the mission of connecting pre-professional artists with professional performers and community members to provide meaningful stage training and performance opportunities. Through musical theatre intensive camps, Mainstage productions, workshops with guest artists, and educational classes, the organization creates hands-on learning experiences that foster artistic growth, collaboration, and confidence in young performers.
As a nonprofit arts leader and educator, Caelin has extensive experience in arts administration, educational programming, marketing, and community engagement. She has managed and expanded the organization’s social media presence, written grants, cultivated business and community partnerships, and led fundraising initiatives to support program growth and sustainability. In addition, she has served on The Troupe Theatre Board of Directors as the Executive Director for six years across three consecutive terms and served as Educational Director for five years, overseeing curriculum development, mentorship programs, and arts education initiatives.
